Laptop Camera Problem.

TOGO....Thank you so much for taking time to find and send link to me...but doesn't help....can't find CAMERA on action nbar and don't know what TOGGLE is or where ....HP Assistant sent god page... ...

My cam is covered by black page saying camera off...HP assistant says press shutter key BUT where is shutter key on action bar...new laptop so different to my last one...Please can someone help me... ...

My laptop has a black page with camera and line through it so cannot access my cam on Skype etc....HP Assistant showed me a page to fix but can't inderstand as new laptop and different...they go... ...
