File Extensions

I have just been given a DVD (home movie) that has an AVi extension. It won't play on my Sony DVD recorder but is fine on my PC. Is there any way I can get this to play on anything other than my PC ?...

Music tracks on DVD

I have the music DVD "The Eagles Farewell 1 Tour" and on there are some tracks that do not appear on any CDs. Does anyone out there know if I can "extract" these tracks and burn them to CD or put them...

Renaming Drives

Does antbody know if it's possible to rename the drives on a PC ? My new PC has the DVD drive as "E" and the DVD Writer as "D". Would it be possible to reverse these? Thanks in advance FBG40
