closing a question

will you be providing the facility on this beta site for questions to be closed after satisfactory answers have been given ... just as in the original site?

i've just noticed .....

there is no facility on this alternate site to 'close' off ones question and prevent answering e-mails - as there is on the original. therefore, how does one close the post?

superb picture to keep

if i see a fantastic scenic picture on a website occasionally - i often think i would like to have it as a wallpaper or screen saver. but of couse, the picture is not on a wallpaper or screensaver...

just seen an ad on the tv from 'the peoples post office' they are trying to drum up custom however - as they are closing down branches all over the place what would be the piont?

itv advertising breaks

when itv screen football matches they show the entire 45mins without a break. yet when it comes to formula one - they litter the program with advertising breaks. why the different treatments?
