when you use these, do you drain the gloop and rinse the beans before using them or just throw the whole lot in? i always drain and rinse but i'm not sure why really, it doesn't say to on the tin,...

just had it with a 4 cheese sauce, leeks and peas. very tasty and made a change from pasta. it was being demonstrated in costco which is why we bought it, think it might be better with a tomato sauce...
