my father heard this phrase and apparently it means when a person for example buys everything and consequently guns and barrels is this phrase correct or hideosly wrong. please help!

nuclear plants, are they good for britain?

as above, i believe that this will help britain, in japan they have nuclear plants and because of that reason they have been provided with enough evergy to be the most advanced country in the world...
