vectra wiper blades with spoiler

Silly question really but when fitting wiper blades with the spoiler does the spoiler go towards the top of the windscreen or the bottom. Yes i'm female!!!!

Everytime i run spybot it finds theses funwebproducts but is unable to get rid of them. Does anyone know how to get rid of them or what software i should be using to delete them? Thanks

locating a branch
