My father died in Feb09 and left a quarter of his estate (ie £50k) to generate £1200 pay income for his ex wife. My mother then died in June09. If the 50k goes into my mother's estate...

Access to property

My father died recently and I am one of 3 executors. One of the other executors has gone off with the keys and refuses to give a key to me or the other executor. Is it ok for me to change the locks...
