were do we stand

does any one know if a gift of of deed can be contested by us after ten years if we think mum did not put her signature to it as its not the same as she does it mums got cancer and hes spent the money...

10 years ago my mother gave my brother her house without consulting me and my 2 sisters he sold his house and gave us ?5000 each he was supposed to have money left to pay for my mums funeral this was...
