Can Your Bank Start Charging Arranged Overdraft Fees When You Have Had The Facility For A Few Years Already On Top Of Interest And Un-Arranged Fees

been going through bank statements and noticed that the Natwest stuck on a charge of £6 a month called an arranged overdraft fee. I never got a letter notifying me or any other kind of notification....
