hi i have a 1200 vw beetle just been restored. the problem with the starter is sometimes when u turn the key the starter fires but does not engage with the flywheel the bush in the gearbox looks ok...

how do you stop the fuel from boiling on a t2 vw camper. have all ready made a fresh air vent underneath and ran a hose into the engine bay. which works when car is moving. its when i stop for petrol...

vw camper type 2 bay

van runs fine until after an hour or two then starts a slight misfire when warm and can be more sluggish to start once it is warm.can also cut out when really warm .
