I'm going on a 1 year beackpacking trip around Europe - can anyone plase help me put together a check list of exactly what i will need to take. I might end up buying a car too, so big items are ok....

Whats the most unusual food you've eaten?

ive had snails, crocodile fillet (from sainsbury's lol!) shark, barnacles (you lift them from the rocks and eat the inside!) sea urchin, ostrich and rose petals. What weird food has anyone else had?
