Having fallen victim to late spring cleaning my power adapter for my keyboard cannot be found. Would an output 12V~1A do? Help please. have found one OEM made in China but dont know if it is the right...

toilet vent near waste pipe

am in a new house and there is a vent in a boxed in section beside the W.C.. I produces a heck of a draught. Anyone any idea what it is and can I cover it safely?

Paraffin v heating oil

I am told heating oil is just as good as paraffin in a flame gun . anyone got any experience of that????

heatlamp bulb

I dropped my Philips infraphil heat lamp and the large infra red bulb blew. Nobody seems to stock them now. Does any one know where I could get one? Thanks

rover 75 diesel engine cutting out.

I wonder if anyone can help. My engine cuts out from time to time.sometimes for a few seconds.sometimes for a minute or two and I have to stop and then it restarts again no problem.Bit awkward though...

fuji camera problem

My fuji 401 has developed very irritating fault.It keeps switching itself off every few seconds -----lapse of time varies. (To get it serviced is almost as expensive as a new camera)
