Anybody been accused of driving and using a mobile fone, when they had not..

Last night, while driving home, from the Gym. I stopped at a traffic light, while waiting for the lights, to change, i rested my right arm on my window and hand on the side of my head....waiting, then...

Missed date at court...

Today i should of been at court at 2pm.....I got it into my head it was a thursday,,,,it was a wednesday...what happens now ?????

covered or not....?

Recently i was at court, having been stopped by police, for a minor traffic offence. On the police check, it came to light that the m.o.t had expired ( 3 weeks earlier ) and i was not covered to drive...
