Should you wait before going in the shower after being on a sunbed?

Ive heard that you should not shower straight after going on the sunbed, is this correct, if so why?

Why wont the acrylic harden when applied to false nails?

I always have acrylic nails applied by a nail technician and each time i convince myself that im sure i could do them myself. I bought all the stuff needed, followed some instructions i downloaded off...
