nei tv remote control

If I choose channel 4 on the (old) tv remote it brings up channel 5. When I press "store" to change it nothing happens. Help Please!

When I click on something to open a page - within - a - page, it vanishes up to the top and I've to maximise or drag it down. I know there'll be a simple solution as to why it's started to do this, so...

Why don't the flames inside my gas oven alter when I adjust the regulo control, and is it easy and cheap to fix? (4 days before Xmas too!) Thanx in advance.
