you can get ones that clip over the ear and dont go inside, which may be better - try woolies or music stores etc
Maybe she wants her headphones to stay in for a good reason....

They hold her head in place?
no, she lost that when she met you!
You can also go over the ear with a headband, or deeper in, or for ones with a neckband...
Over: Sennheiser PX100 (35)
Deeper In: Shure E2c (60)
Neckband: Beyerdynamic SX10 (25)
I've got a review if you want more details.

As joko says, you can get ones that have a bit of plastic that curve round the ear itself, so you can jog and things and not have them fall out.

The Bang and Olufsen A8 earphones are one option. I used to own them, and they're ok, but not up to much really (same with the rest of the B&O stuff); good for classical- or operatic-type music though.

Check the argos catalogue or somewhere like that; plenty of options there.
I had the same problem with my Sony Walkman MP3 and went and bought some Sony MDR-EX71 which are AWESOME!!!

They've got rubber adjustable earpieces according to your size and the quality is outstanding...although at 35 they're not that cheap.

i had the same problem with my ipod headphones, tell her to buy a product called, griffin ear jams, they are a clip on thing for the ipod headphones they havea rubber coating which helps to keep them in your ear, they also improve the sound makes it louder and more bassier!
