Hi can any one give me advice on answer bank. I bought a toaster and kettle on line from price love. They were Morphy Richards make. When they arrived I went online to register them. Today nine months later the element has burnt out light come on but no heater. I went online to find my registration and only the toaster is registered. I slipped up some where. Any ideas how I can get a new one or get it repaired. Do I approach Morphy Richards or price love. Am I actually still guaranteed. The only conformation I have is my receipt to price love on my pay pal account. Advice would be appreciated .... Chris x

Contact Price Love and ask for the kettle to be replaced or repaired under the guarantee.
whenever you buy something your contract is with the company you pay the money to. Always contact them first, not the manufacturer. If the seller says that the responsibility lies with morphy richards take no notice. the seller is the one liable.
