when on the net every 20 mins or so a screen flashes up saying registration successful how can i stop this.i have clicked the finish button but it still returns.thank for any help

What is the product name and number of your HP PC?

Does the registration successful screen have any other words on it - to tell you whether it is HP registration, Windows XP registration, or registration for a particular program?

Have you installed any software?

it is an imedia 1539 desk top,and registration screen is a hp one.i have not installed any software.
