Hi, don't I have to mediate before solicitors are involved ?

caveat warnings been answered now (my appearance) im so glad I got to this stage! I have lots of things on my side for when I go to court! the best I cant say here because I never know if my sisters could be reading this so I don't want them knowing too much .
You can get a mediator involved at any stage, but you should probably get legal advice first.

You can just get advice (possibly for a fixed or capped fee) without having to ask the lawyer to actually start a case.
