Well the decision to keep KP out hasn't affected the results so much. If he really was that divisive, it was kept fairly well-hidden. Either way he was a great player, but it's time to move on and a thumping series win has shown that and then some. Sorry KP.

I have just got back into AB after being out all afternoon. Well that was a timely post on Thursday morning. I had set myself to watch the toss and first half dozen overs before getting busy. When it went 10-2. I was here alone and just thought are the ABers watching. Were they? You bet. I enjoyed it so much. Thank you posters one and all. Had a good laugh to.

Sqad, they could have another go at Compton, who at elast had the virtue of stayign at the wicket (I believe he and Cook have some of the biggest-average partnerships anywhere over the last decade or so) or Carberry, who did nothing wrong while the last Ashes team collapsed round him - second highest scorer, as I recall. Neither did anything to deserve being dripped.

Bairstow can keep, but I'd have Buttler as well, he'll come right.

I'm led to believe if the Aussie cricket team is allowed back into the country they will be presented with 'Commemorative Cigarette Lighters", as they lost most of their matches.
Also their free supply of condoms has been withdrawn, something to do with their ability to "bowl a maiden over".
