Chop up some fresh lemons and leave them in there overnight.
ergghhhhh you poor thing. I suggest you get your friend round and continuously torture them till they either come up with a solution or buy you a new car!! lol!! x x

It will probably take ages, and apart from using a strong air freshener I suggest you drive with the windows open as often as you can which will help. And keep the windows open at night as well if you can store it in a locked garage.

I remember once buying some fresh fish on the Friday before an August Bank Holiday week-end when there was a heatwave intending it for my supper. Inadvertently I left it in the office that night and you wouldn't believe what the office smelt like when we all returned on the Tuesday morning. The whole place virtually had to be evaccuated !

..try Dettol Neutra Air..it eliminates odours caused by bacteria....
You can get NUTRADOL in a gel form. Leave it in the car. You can always try an onion in there. It gets rid of all smell of paint. Worth a try.
cut half an onion up and leave it in your car it should absorb the smell, if not your car will smell of onions too
Apparently bicarbonate of soda removes smells so maybe sprinkle that on the upholstry, leave it over night then hoover it up (or get your mate to do it) never tried this myself so dont know if it will work, plenty of fresh air is probably the best bet.
Bicarb works in the fridge & in pongy footwear
