Praise For Ab Members

I joined AB not too long ago in order to ask and respond to quiz matters. I soon found out that there was a great deal more to it than this, but believed answers and comments to non-quiz matters were from people giving an opinion and not necessarily professional view, and that out there among you are a number (won't give names) who are very well versed on the subject in question and give excellent advice and guidance. I don't know if I am out of place with my remarks but I do believe in giving credit where it is due. Thanks to all of you.

In looking at some responses it would appear that I have been misunderstood. Reasoned opinions are excellent but not necessarily by professionals, so I am NOT saying that only the professionals advice is of value, which it would seem that some have taken it this way.

Dave, you are right - there are many clever and knowledgeable people on AB. It is a community of all types of people, most are honest an genuine, some think they are comedians and it a different way to spend your spare time.

Most of us just want to have fun - as seen in the answers to this post. :-)
