I Work Out

I'm starting to have an uncomfortable urge to work out but this could just be the alcohol talking.

Are you an early gym goer or an evening one? What do you think are the pros and cons of morning workouts compared to evening?

I think Redfoo does neither somehow.
My son is a fitness and sport fanatic. He does both am and pm if time allows.
My workout involves my right hand clutching a glass :-)

Haha,. If you're anything like me then one forearm is skinny and the drinking forearm looks like a Christmas ham.

I'm not into weights but do have the occasional workout binge to keep my abs in check

If it gets too much for you Broseph you can get a "six pack" implant these days.
Not sure what it costs though.

Yes I am in Oz, been here for 54 years, came from the "motherland".
