Ok so I bank with Natwest who are in all honesty pretty good however.......why oh why does it take 3 working days for me to pay my credit card bill online from my Natwest Current Account to my Natwest credit card!?!?!?!?

I mean, its not like the internet shuts down is it?? I can transfer money from account to account instantly but oh no, credit cards have to be different don't they. And now the cheeky beggars are charging me 20 for being a day late!!!!!

Try paying your account by Direct Debit. You get several days advance warning to enable you to make sure you have funds to cover the bill.

Some banks will give you an overdraft of say 250 without an arrangement fee.

Change banks. HSBC have stopped doing that now. I can move the money from my HSBC current account to pay my HSBC credit card and it moves the same day.

Hi..if they did that to every one (take 3 days to pay off your bill) then thats 3 days of intrest they can charge you. X that by everyone else and they make a tidy profit. By the way you can get that20 charge back if you like. Visit
