The Mclaren F1 - I


It took over 10 years before anybody could beat its top speed (off the production line)


The engine bay is lined with gold!


In its time it was the fastest and most exspensive production road car in the world!


0-60 in 3.2sec - 0-100 6.3sec - Top speed of 231mph!


Only 100 were ever made - sadly ive never seen one :-(


Made in 1994 - only now in 2006 has the Bugatti Veron beaten it!

Yes, the McLaren F1 in a dream, but for something almost affordable a Lotus Exige, or high bhp Elise.
