Troubles At Eurotunnel/calais

I wonder if any one knows what's going on with the cars using Eurotunnel. We are booked to travel via Eurotunnel to Calais first thing on Friday morning and thence to Brittany. Obviously a very long drive. We have booked to return on Eurotunnel, on the afternoon of Sunday coming (28th June). What worries me is that nothing seems to have been said about the normal regular car traffic using Eurotunnel, the focus seems to be on the lorries and all the backed up queues. We've both got work on Monday morning, and would hate to have to get stuck in France, especially sitting in a line of traffic. Does anyone know what's going on with normal car passengers on eurotunnel? I keep looking at the travel updates on the eurotunnel website, but it's not very clear, let alone very helpful. Just wondered if someone out there knows whether it's worth even embarking on this return journey (going Friday morning comingback Sunday). And if we had to cancel because of all these problems, are we entitled to a refund of our eurotunnel fare, or at the very least a credit to book for free another time?

I don't know exactly, chokkie, but it sounds as if the cars were simply caught-up with the lorries and held up. There were references to car-drivers being told to lock their doors. It does seem to slowly be getting back to what passes for normal these days, so I think I'd probably set off - at least then you have fulfilled your part of the contract by turning up. Good luck.
