Hi, my partner and me live apart. She in Frankfurt and me in England. Just want to know how to dispose of my house ( fully paid for ) and contents as she is my sole beneficiary but is unable to travel. Are there specialist companies?

ps I'm not intending to play the harp yet but am trying to be forward thinking.

what does your will say in respect to executors?
This may be better posted in law (you could use the report button and ask for it to be moved).
The specialist companies are called solicitors and look to be the easiest (if not the cheapest) solution to the problem
Your will should name the executors who are the ones that have to deal with this - sell your assets and ensure your partner gets the money (after reasonable expenses).

i recently bought an penthouse apartment in thailand and went to a reputable decent thai lawyer who wrote me out a last will and testement , i then came back home with 3 copies of will and gave 1 to my wife and told her if anything happens to me then she is beneficiary to all my money in the thai bank plus gets the condominium.

so go see a lawyer ,make the will, give copy to your wife.
