Atlantis

Finally caught up with the last three (and final) episodes of Atlantis. I've really enjoyed both series but I have to say I was a litttle disappointed with the very end. Never liked Medea and I don't understand why hers was the last image we saw. Great acting all round. No more swashbuckling-type series on at the moment. Have to wait for the next series of The Musketeers!

in most greek tales Jason was married to Medea

Jason married her. He later left her and she killed two of her children! Ariadne married Dionysis, her and Jason never met in the myths.

The series was cancelled, so no proper ending... They thought they would be making more.

I do remember Medea in the Jason & the Argonauts film of many years ago - but I'm not keen on the character in the series. I prefer him to be with Ariadne! Good series though.
