We are using SIP soft phone in our call center. I want to record the conversation. Is there any call recording software available?

What sort of VIOP server are you using? call recording features would normally be server based and unless you are using a open source solution (asterisk) then you'd normally have to pay a license fee for the recording features.
can you not asked the company who installed it? surely a call centre wouldnt need to resort to asking on the web?

LOL, we have recently upgraded the phone system were I work, and that ↑ was one of the bits of software we looked at.

It's totally Crap! overpriced, low quality and has about the least intuitive user interface I've ever seen, add to that the industry reviews that state its unreliable and frequently crashed most of the systems it's installed on I would not suggest anyone touches it with anybody elses barge pole!
