Ideas for bagel toppings (not fishy)

traditional is cream cheese. I has a hamburger in one last night, that was pretty good. Actually ANYTHING is good!

this is nice with raisin bagels but its not the healthy option

melt some butter and cinnamon to taste, gently fry apple slices in the butter until coloured but not mushy, then top the bagel with the buttery apples and the rest of the melted butter then sprinkle soft brown sugar (or any sugar you like) on top and grill till the sugar melts
