We have just switched from Sky to BT Vision which includes Broadband etc.

As part of the package there is free access to BT Sport which at the moment we cannot access. Is it BT that activates the package or have we fone something wrong?

The switch took part on Saturday.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You will have to phone to get it activated & I think you may need a card for the vision box. I have it but can't quite remember what we had to do. I do remember the vision box came & we could not access the sport
Yes give BT a phone call. No card required with our BT vision box.
We had a problem with this, phone them , they should send out an engineer, not absolutely necessary but will give you some good advice and despite their advertising , the left hand etc so it could take more than one call. We got a credit from them, it's a large organisation and despite their core business they don't seem to comunicate with each other very well.
