are there any credit cards that do not charge interest when you withdraw cash from an ATM? My credit card people said that you get charged interest from the day you withdraw up until you pay it off. (unlike with purchases where i do not get charged interest as long as i pay it off in full when the bill comes)

I need a few hundred pound which i do not have right now, but would have it when the time came to pay the credit card bill, but i don't really want to pay more on top of tht i interest if i use my card in the ATM

Don't know of any.

Liverpool Victoria used to operate like this (you only paid the cash advance fee, no interest, if you paid off in full when the bill came). However I've looked at their current T&C and you do now pay interest as well.

They all charge interest for cash withdrawals from day 1. Some charge a fee on top too.
If you only need a few hundred for a short time use a short term overdraft.
A few will let you write credit card cheques with no interest (but htere is a fee usually). You can pay this direct into your own account
Only other option is to find someone who wants to buy something with cash. Put that on your card and take their cash.
