My head was spinning at work all day, I didn't even get time to look in here. So what did you do?
I went to Tesco to buy some juice and I came home £21 lighter! Other than that it has been a quiet day
My day was a mirror image of Prudie's, tell us about yours crzryn.

We walked round Witton Park and then went for a nice pub lunch. We then retired back home and I cooked a gourmet meal. Mrs crzy is having a well deserved soak in the bath :)
Actually, the weather was rather better than forecast today.....so we had a walkies around Mousehole and Newlyn. (Cornwall)

Surprised to see that there were hanging baskets and tubs, full of Geraniums in the latter. As a frustrated gardener, I envy the climate down here in the far west of Cornwall. Its easily at least 3-4 weeks ahead of the rest of the UK here, at least when it comes to the seasons. Things that would never survive the winter are just left out down here.

We then had a walk around Penzance. Willy and I are on a mission this week. We are trying to find a "proper" raised Pork Pie. They are as common as muck back in South Wales, but difficult to find here in the Far West !

We shall continue our hunt tomorrow in Hayle and St Ives !

Grumpy's - a little commercial but their pork and apple ain't bad....

Have you been to Jelbert's today, mikey...........
What lovely days you had and you Mikey. More than one meal and a good walk in the sunshine, what more can we ask for?!
Perfect days do not include bananas, period - hossie, here I come!

DTC that's a fair cop.
Glad you had a great day, crz, I've had something similar to Prudie's!
yesm crzy, nudge, nudge, enjoy a good tipple like an X.O. Armagnac before bed....
DTC...not today but I did on Saturday afternoon !

I am famous as being less than fulsome of my praise of Jelberts over the years. Actually, we have the Best Ice Cream in Britain at home in Swansea ::

http://www.joes-icecream.com/Our-Story.html

But I am more than willing to say that Jelberts comes a very close second in the perfect ice cream stakes ! I had a tub, with extra Clotted Cream, which may not please my diabetes Nurse, but who cares !

Fantaboulsa !
DTC....wasn't it you that suggested the Argentinian Malbec !
It was a cold wind in Yorkshire today but me and the OH had a busy day. He had used the last of his invoices and needed another invoice book, like now.today. We didn't want to go into town and we'd seen some in a shop we'd been in recently but couldn't remember which one. So we started out at B&m, Asda, Poundstretcher, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Tesco and finally Poundland where he found one 'It's only a pound' says he, 'the ones I buy in the Stationers in town are £7.50. Bargain!' I didn't mention that it cost me about £30 today buying something all those shops we visited not to mention the petrol we used.
a tasty Malbec is always good....as the Reagan ambassador said to a junior Beeb girl interviewing him when he was going home and in response to "Mr Ambassador, I can't but help notice that you have been chain smoking cigars during our interview - are they Cuban?" he responded, "Yes they are, Ma'am, the first principle of war is to burn the enemy's crops...."
Thanks for the link psybbo that is a good idea, I'll remember that. A few of the people he deals with are just small clubs with no on-line business and just ask for an invoice for their books.
I saw baby no.2 for the first time today.A perfect day x
