I Have A Triple Circular Head Philips Electric Razor

This is my third purchase bought within twelve months, One and two were excellent and I wore them out, however three is well below the standard I have come to expect, the heads and I look leave me with a short beard under my chin and I look a right scruff.
Any one had a similar experience ?

I just wondered if it was worth contacting Philips and saying it was faulty?

Maybe just needs the head /cutters changed.

I have had my latest one for over 5 years and it is still fine. Could you have placed the cutters in the wrong position after cleaning it ?
