Droidbox Set Up Problem

Iv just purchased a droidbox from droidsticks..i keep getting an error message when i try to enter the user name and password.
my isp is BT, the hub is BT 5, no parent control is activated, bt tells me there is no firewall on my hub, only on business hubs.
has any1 else had this problem???

Since it's highly likely that the streamed content that you're trying to access is illegal you might find getting support difficult.

However are you sure that you've not mixed up different usernames and passwords? To connect to your BT Home Hub any device needs to know the SSID and wireless key, which are provided by BT:

Then, to connect to the service that a Droidbox uses, you need a separate username/password combination, which should have been provided by the vendor of the Droidbox.
