How do I change the name of internet links?

I have looked in awe at some of you ABers with your links to internet pages with funky titles. You know the go here kind of link. How do I change the name of a copied link to something more relevant please?

Hi ! after you have typed the link, press the space bar : this should make the link turn blue and underlined , like this :


http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk


Then select the whole link with your cursor so that it is highlighted, and type the word you want to replace it with, like this :


Voila


Neat little trick, isn't it ? :-)

That only works in IE.

wow, this is so cool, just so as you know, the link is Royal Mail, I just really wanted to try it and see if it works. I am not the most computer minded person, so this is a real adventure for me!! lol!
