Knitting Question

Any knitters out there please? I'm using an American pattern with very different abbreviations to .british and no guide to them, so, can anyone tell me what KFB is, also on cable row, 10 stitches for cable, it says 5/5 LC, Any ideas please?

KFB knit into front and back of stitch (increase) 5/5LC left cross. If you go onto Youtube and put in 5/5LC it will show you how to do it if you are not sure.

Thank you for best answer. I have been knitting for 40 odd years also but I do find Youtube very helpful.
