Weird Ketone And Sugar In Urine But Blood Glucose Normal

I went to doctor today because I have had a really sore back and leg for 3 days plus it was slightly sore when passing urine so I took a sample before I went I checked my blood sugar after lunch and it was 7.4 the doctor told me it was sciatica and told me to take painkillers and diazepam for it. She checked my sample when I was there and said there was sugar in my urine and ketones she said she wasn't the least bit worried about it but I am how come they are there when my my blood sugar readings are OK?
