I got a blank screen :-(
Second one works, beautiful lions.
That is what I would call a pussy cat. I know that they 'can be' quite tame(ish) but the thought of even a gentle swipe from those paws would keep me from cuddling them ...... maybe. I am just a big middle-aged kid.

Does your friend's place have a website or is it just a hobby? How many sachets of Felix in jelly would one of those lions have per day? The odd deer-type-thing as a snack before bed maybe?
tony - they are just big moggies.

Our moggies are more like Tigers in nature and character.

They have a facebook page. Twala trust. I think it takes a bit more than kitty jelly to feed those critters.
They are stunners...especially the male. I love the expression on his face.
He has a 'whatever' look about him.
Brinjal - I 'liked' the Twala Trust page on facebook. I am a little bit envious of those who interact with such beautiful animals. But it must cost quite a lot to run. And a lot of time. Even thinking about it tired me out.

There seems to be a lot of moggies as well as the Lions. They all seem to be happy and interact with each other - apart from the Lions (for obvious reasons).

:-)

They do a great job there. Luckily her husband is a vet so all health worries are taken care of. They also run a clinic once a week for the local community who bring their animal particularly dogs for vaccinations worming, injuries and they all get a meal. It is run basically on donations but they do charge for visits which is not a set fee but also donation on the day.
