More harm than good?

Harm - a few people upset that they have been unfairly (but justifiably) targetted as a result of their appearance.

Good - the prevention of young girls being horribly mutilated with the parents complicity.

Yeah, right.

Anyway, as I understand it Sweden is scarcely known for its bigotted prejudicial views and practices.
