I have only two answers to get to complete Hot Pot Quiz 8. I'd appreciate a hint in the right direction for either or both:
Breed exactly as described in field dash (10)
ID swap in editing upheaval is spreading (7)
The theme is 'Down on the Farm'

Thank you for your help, bibblebub and jollyroger66.
Great clue for Q.8! I'm struggling in the same quiz with:

Q63 A musical sixth of shepherds care for their flock.

Q83 Neutered you hear as replacement for primary oestrogen in testes.

Any pointers most welcome - thank you!
q83: ***

put U[you] instead of O[primary letter of oestrogen] in a certain part of a male's anatomy...
No.63 refers to Beethoven's Sixth

No.83. Common word to describe testes and then you replace 'you' with first letter of oestrogen. Gives neutered animals.

Can you offer any hints for No2 - Carer of BP dog heard on radio (8) and No.22 ...but no ham for piles of Eastenders (6.5)
b.u.l.l.o.c.k.s

(will the filter let that through?)

Of all the things I considered BP stood for, that one didn't occur to me. And I couldn't believe that I hadn't used that answer before, it's such an obvious one. Many, many thanks for the nudge!
Help with no 100 on Down on the Farm quiz please. Is it p or is it from some other alphabet? It looks like a p with a bit extra on top of the stick.
