Semolina

Please can anyone give me a simple recipe of how to cook semolina I remember having a his desert when I was at school many moons ago and have always wanted to try it out any recipes would be very grateful, thank you.

I loved semolina (with a glace cherry on top) and picked some up last year. I thought you'd boil it in a pan with milk. When I read the instructions I put it back. ;-(

Buy a tin of ready made! Used to love it with jam swirled in it..........my pet hate was sago,reminded me of frog spawn,yeuk
