This may sound daft and sad, but I really like the chillout music that is played when you access the TV Guide on Sky Digital. How could I get this music onto my PC so I can put it onto CD.

Well, you could take the sound output of the sky box (I don't have one so I don't know the connectors) either from the phono outputs if it has them, or by means of the scart socket and a suitable lead, into the line-in on your computer's soundcard. Then record the sound as wav using a program like Soundforge or similar. The wav can then be burned to CD.
