The noisy neighbours have got a real builder to remove the remainder of their chimney breasts etc, courtesy of my email to building regs. However now all the rubble is blocking the road and pavement at the front of my house. Not sure what happened to the skip that they said would be there. Do I have any rights to complain to buildings regs again? I've never had trouble like this before so I'm not sure how to handle it

If its blocking the road and the pavement then the council need to know. It is illegal to do so. Here's Southwark"s info, other councils will be similar. http://www.southwark.gov.uk/info/200083/roadworks_and_highway_improvements/605/obstructions_on_roads_and_pavements

the council might clear stuff off the streets as part of regular street cleaning; you could give them a call.

You haven't seen the amount of rubble. It's a big pile of broken bricks and I don't think our council would do it as part of a street clean. Do you think it'd be an idea to email a few pictures to building regs?

Thanks. I've emailed environmental services. Just incase, I'm also going to take some photos of the rubble tomorrow.

Thanks again

Why not speak very politely to your neighbours and ask them how long they think the rubble will be there for?
