hello...i have my gcses coming up shortly and have lots of revision to do. Is there any types of food that help with concentration and memory.

I am currently taking two 'Equazen's eye q' capsules a day.

The only problem is that i am a fussy eater! The only vegetables i like are carrots, brocolli, sweetcorn, peas. I really wish i did like cabbage and the rest!

Any ideas would be great, thanks! xxxxxssxxxxx

Fish oils are supposed to be good for you, as they contain Omega 3 (or another number). Fish has always been called brain food anyway. I think oily fish - trout, salmon etc. is supposed to be the best.

A friend advises keeping a small bottle of water with you at all times when studying or sitting exams. She says the brain is the first part of the body to become dehydrated.

Im doing my gcse's also..i tell you what does help, if you turn off the internet and unplug the tv for the amount of time you want to revise for, say to your parents you are revising and they need to come in every 15 mins to make sure you are doing it. Thus an incentive to work...my teacher gave me that one..and guess what it does actually work lol!
