Putting Fear Into A Job When There Is Nothing To Fear

I listened to an advertisement this morning on the Radio ,it is with regards to changing a Car Light Bulb and the general idea is that it is easier to pay a certain company to change it for you ,the reason for this company changing it for you is the "Fear" that the Bulb will be hot.my point is that if your car light bulb does not work how would it still be hot .Putting Fear into a job when there is nothing to fear ,
Can you think of similar instances,TV or Radio advertisments.

Apart from what you say, In a Mo, these bulb jobs with some cars is not as easy / quick as some may think, by rights you are not supposed to get into contact with the Tip of the bulb, some cars need the Bumper off to do the job which is B-----Y stupid, I would advise if this happened to anyone regards changing the bulb, ask a friend first before taking it to a Certain Company, are you talking about K.F.?
