Hey,

Does anyone know what they all it when the Job Centre scan your fit note (Sick Note MED 3 Certificate) and email it to the head office. There is a term they use for doing it. I need them to send mine as it needs to be at the head office by Wednesday (the copy does, the original can wait till Thursday/Friday).

It's called a 'HOT' appointment. Apparently it stands for 'Hand Off Transfer'. HOT is also the system/software they use.
