Part-Baked Rolls

It is the time of year when I spend more time in the kitchen than in the garden. I've baked some bread rolls and want to part-bake some of them.
How long do I bake them before I can put them in the freezer. TIA folks

So-called 'part-baked' bread products are actually fully baked but at a lower temperature than usual. See here:
