I purchased on ebay a cheap NozaTec mp4 player. I was extremely pleased with it although it did not have the correct instructions for that particular model. Therefore, I had to find out the hard way on how to use it which I eventually managed to master.

However, on trying to delete one particuar track, I managed to delete the whole drive. It connects to the computer ok but it doesn't now register as a portable device! Is this NozaTec now a dustbin job. I've only had it a week. Help please!

I have no experience of mp4 players, but I'm somewhat surprised you can't get a PC to play them without a hardware player plugged into it. Mp4 is simply a file format, isn't it ?
Ah, do you mean you use the PC just to download/upload ? Ok I see. Aye, no idea from the description. Could be anything. Sorry.
