1. Does QE2 become QE2 of Scotland?
2. Does Scotland become a Republic within the Commonwealth of which she is the Queen Bee?
3. Does Scotland invite the Pretender to the throne, coming down the Stuart lineage, ending up with the Duke of Bavaria, one King Francis 2.

Are some of the Scots being hoodwinked by the Scottish Nazi Party as Salmond et al, well a lot of them, are Republicans and want no monarch, as they want no nuclear capability and also out of NATO as it's highly unlikely that they will commit to the 2% of GNP to be spent on NATO defence pre-requisite, given all the rest that theyy have to pay for, not withstanding £1.2 trillion of debt?

Please don't get rude Slapshot. You asked me a question and I answered it.

I am in Edinburgh which is the Capital city of my country.

The only thing political that I have seen where I live, is a table attended by two people who are canvassing for the NO lobby.

Where are you? Come on i've shown you mine so show me yours.!!
Careful SirOracle - She's a he :-)
You obfuscated......

I'm in Aberdeen, i've seen smashed windows with No Thanks posters in them, large banners planted in the field opposite our house removed and burnt, banners all through Aberdeenshire ripped or destroyed, rallies that turn into a mob anything with a No attached to it is a target. It's worse is other places
Say you're sure Wharton :-)
Slapshot...I haven't obfuscated since I was 18.!!

Things must be very different in Aberdeen, but then on reflection, they always have been.
I'm not too far from Edinburgh and I've seen smashed No posters in the fields around my home, little wonder the No supporters are keeping schtum!
Slapshot - I'm truly sorry to hear that. I can't vouch for everywhere in Glasgow but I haven't come across anything other than good-natured banter here.
In Angus, approximately halfway between Aberdeen and Edinburgh I have seen nothing at all of any poster-defacing and certainly no window smashing.
Maybe it's just quiet where I live.
In the street where I live there are 4 houses with NO posters in their windows, which have been there for 3 weeks or so,unmolested.

I also wonder how you would know what poster had been in a smashed window !!
I have heard reports that, despite the closeness of the polls and the fact that "No" is usually ahead, "Yes" posters far outnumber "No" posters. This may be an explanation why. Intimidation has not received much in the way of national coverage - maybe it has locally - but it was certainly reported on this evening's national news. What are the perpetrators worried about ... that they might lose a fair election?
